Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options do you offer? We offer the following options for all US orders:

    • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Fast delivery for when you need your heels ASAP!
    • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders.
    • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Same as above, no extra cost.
    • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – Reliable and affordable option.

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Tracking is provided for all orders.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship only within the United States. Stay tuned for future international expansion!

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your chosen method (see above).

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • How do I start a return or exchange? Contact our support team at support@caputofrancesco.com with your order number. We'll provide a return label (prepaid for exchanges in many cases) and guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Exchanges may qualify for free return shipping — reach out for details!
  • Can I exchange for a different size or color? Yes! Exchanges are welcome for size or color issues (subject to availability). We recommend checking our size chart carefully before purchasing.

Sizing & Fit

  • How do I choose the right size? Please refer to our detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring your foot and comparing it to our chart. High heels can run true to size or slightly small — read product descriptions for guidance.
  • Are your heels comfortable for all-day wear? Many of our styles feature cushioned insoles, arch support, and quality construction for better comfort. Look for "comfort" or "padded" in the description!

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout.
  • Is my payment information secure? Yes — we use Shopify's secure payment processing with SSL encryption.
